Got a deep tissue massage with Lexi and it was great, just what I wanted. She did great giving special attention to the problem area I had mentioned but also still gave enough time to still make it a full body massage. So relaxing and worth it.

Received a gift certificate for here. Started w a massage , told her I really wanted to focus on my lower left side of my back, she didn’t focus on it more than any other place. It was decent thought. Had $25 left over so decided to get the all natural manicure at $35. Paid first and left a $10 tip. Wish I had waited bc i would not have left a tip at all! Literally the worse manicure I’ve ever had!!! And I’ve had many. First off she didn’t soak my nail tips to soften cuticles to trim, she didn’t trim them at all, just pushed them back and slapped ONE coat of nail strengthening on them.Which will wear off in a day or 2. Took 10 minutes and was done. Highly disappointed!!! Definitely won’t go back there for a manicure ever again. Awful!! I could have done this myself at home.my nails look th

Found this place online while looking for a massage as an out of towner here for the holidays. I got the extended Swedish massage with Lexy and it was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place for a massage as it was clean and had a heated massage bed.

I'm here to set the record straight. I've seen a couple of inaccurate negative reviews. Contours is great! I've been a client at Contours for about 24 years...using various services. Yes, I've tried others, but Candy is my "go-to" for facials, wax, advice and fun conversation. As owner, I've seen her nuture and encourage her employees over the years. She's an excellent esthetician and always goes the extra mile. You won't be disappointed and that's why they are among favorites in the Pantagraph Reader's Choice. p.s. they always confirm appointments via email, text, and phone.
