My best friend and I decided to start tanning before we go on our cruise, and this was our first time in this place. We have both tanned before And when we came, the staff was very friendly.But when we asked about what levels they had, they said, they had no levels, you just sit in it for certain amounts of time.My friend got eight minutes and I got twelve minutes. I typically tan very easily because i'm of hispanic descent, and she's been in tanning beds for years.So it's nothing new to her. I have been going to this tanning salon for over 4 years when the one I had been going to for over 10 years completely shut down without any warning and I had just purchased an expensive package 3 days before and never got a refund or any explanation. It turned out to be the best change for me! The owner and his staff is by far the most knowledgeable in the business and they always have the best customer service I have ever received. They are not pushy or try to get you to buy something that you cant afford. They are very helpful and make you feel welcome and they seem happy to work there which is a direct reflection of their owner and I believe it shows how great he is to his employees. Robert and his girls are always great! They are ready to help and always give the best advice and suggestions for your needs. The beds are clean, and bulbs are ALWAYS changed, so you get the best tan possible.Tanning lotions are affordable with a lot of variety to choose from. Cool Beach is the Best!

I've been tanning here for almost 4 years now, before that i tanned at a competitor. I went to cool beach with my daughter one day, she'd been going here for years and to show me the difference between his and the other place. I've been tanning there ever since and won't even consider going elsewhere. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to take care of customers. They've got great prices and the owners, Robert and his wife Lynn are always so nice and friendly and ask you how you are and how was the bed you used. They are always upgrading to the newest beds, lotions and skin care products.They could most definitely teach some of the other businesses around town a thing or two about customer service. Thanks guys y'all are THE BEST!!!!
