Cool Cutz & Threading Salon

I took my son to Cool Cutz in Smyrna, GA, and we had an exceptional experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and kid-friendly, which made the visit so much easier. Adishah was absolutely wonderful – she’s so sweet and nice! She made my son feel comfortable and did an amazing job with his haircut. She was patient and attentive, ensuring the style was just right. My son left with a big smile and a great haircut! We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Cool Cutz and especially Adishah for her wonderful service!

This is a great place for hair styling. The place is clean and the lady owner is very knowledgeable. I have gotten hair cuts, hair color and facials done multiple time. I wouldn’t recommend this place for threading at all. (Zero star for eyebrow threading). There was a girl before who did excellent threading. Now, they have hired a new girl and she mostly used plucker instead of a thread to do my eyebrows. My eyebrows still didn’t get the shape that I was expecting and it took her forever to do it.

Please dont go this place for your eyebrows!! This was my go to place for eyebrows bcz the service was really good but when I went today to get my eyebrows today there was a new lady and she did the worst eyebrows ever!! This is my experience today- Deshaped eyebrows. Cuts from the thread Hairs still remaining around the eyebrows Removed hair one by one (that was really so painfull, my eyebrows still hurt!!) Took 35 mins just for the eyebrows Moreover I complained to the manager about the deshape and she had no response to my compaint and in return said “ i am not sure because I didnt see how it was before”. I mean really!! this is what you respond to customers!!! I even told her that I have to rethink coming back to this place going forward and she just smiled??!!🙄 Never going back to

I have visited numerous salons for my children's haircuts, and I am grateful to have found this place. While all the staff are skilled in hair cutting, I particularly miss a Persian hairstylist who worked there before the pandemic. She was exceptionally professional and had a remarkable ability to put children at ease during haircuts. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name. If anyone has information about her whereabouts, I would greatly appreciate it, as I would like to have her cut my children's hair again.

Adishah is the only person I trust to cut my very thick hair. I told her I prefer a low maintenance style, and she gave me this beautiful cut that looks amazing with no styling. She also does an amazing job with my fiance who has very fine hair and loves to style it. Not to mention how quick and affordable she is! If in doubt, go to Cool Cutz, they will take great care of you!
