Cool Nails

I looked on Google for a nail salon with good reviews and this one caught my attention for its close location and great reviews. I can always rely on google reviews to guide me correctly! I had my first pedicure with Lan today and it was amazing she was completely detail oriented and it was very relaxing. I lost one of my big toenails to injury and she did an acrylic nail on it and you would never know the difference! I’ll definitely be going back for a full set and further pedicures!

I did a walk in and they got to my nails within 15 mins. Thi was my nail tech and she did an amazing job! She actually shaped the how I wanted and was very sweet. Would go again and I definitely highly recommend. They were also accommodating to a client that came back with no hesitation.

V was absolutely amazing! She had delicate hands and an eye for detail. I got a basic pedicure, and naturally I have a lot of crust on my feet, so I was surprised that she was able to get all of it off. I’m particular about my toenails being square, and she did exactly that. I was nervous about white polish because I almost never get it, but I like Funny Bunny. I love the way my pedicure came out, and I don’t live in Fort Lauderdale, but whenever I’m in town, I know where to come.

I initially wasn’t happy with my set of nails after my appointment. However, Thi and her team immediately inquired about my experience and noticed that I wasn’t fully thrilled with the results. Shortly after, they personally reached out to make things right and asked me to come back in so they could fix my nails. That level of care truly speaks volumes! Cool Nails clearly takes great pride in their work and, more importantly, in their customers. I really appreciate the time, effort, and professionalism they showed to ensure I left satisfied. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Cool Nails Salon. As a new customer, I asked for a written price breakdown before services were completed so I could understand what I was being charged for. There was no pricing clearly posted or provided. When I asked for clarification, the receptionist became visibly irritated and raised her voice at me, saying “people just walk in knowing the prices,” which is simply not true. Expecting transparency as a paying customer is not unreasonable. During my pedicure, the technician offered to wax my eyebrows.
