Corah Workspace

Good workspace, conference room was big, AC controls worked well, windows available, drinks available. It was clean, people were nice, lots of people seemed to think the same because there were a lot of people renting the workspace in the common area. Great area out back with tables, couches, chairs and even a picnic table for having a nice lunch outdoors. I highly recommend this place.

Love working here! The space is so big with so many amenities. With a patio space, large kitchen, loft, conference rooms and lots of different places to sit and work, this place is rad. Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful, AND it’s on the 101, walking distance to the beach, can’t get any better

Working here is a dream! The girls that manage the space are all super friendly and helpful, there are regular community events/happy hours, and cold brew + kombucha on tap. I love working in the open air common area or out on the patio, and I walk to Stone Steps beach most days for lunch! What more could you ask for?

I do not work at this place, but am negatively impacted by the parking problems that have been the result of the opening of this workspace. The owners need to find a better solution for parking if they truly want to be good neighbors. Because the Corah parking structure is not used by all of their participants and who actually take up street parking, the clients of the other businesses on 101 in front no longer have parking spaces for their use. This has become so unfair to the rest of the small businesses who must earn income from people who need a place to park their cars. This could be fixed if the Corah parking lot is made available for a use fee whenever someone from the public needs a parking place. Love the new building and the outside deck. I walk to Stone Steps Beach at lunch. Kombucha and cold brew! It's a great place to work and connect with our community.
