Cos Bar Brookfield Place

Every time I’ve come to this location I’ve been lucky and Damiana is working. The girls that get it just get and she gets it! She’ll allow me to explore different scents and tries to understand what I like vs don’t to recommend something if I’m looking to venture from my regular scent. She’s mindful of my time and is overall a doll. I can’t speak on the rest of the staff but if Damiana is working I’m leaving with something!

If you enjoy being told you don’t know what you want, this is your place. I laid out my notes and a brand I like. the rep pushed best-sellers and said my palate was the problem. Zero curiosity, zero matchmaking. We walked out empty-handed. We said we didn’t like rose and she proceeded to go give us rose perfumes 🤪 To be clear, Cos Bar's representative had us try Byredo Mojave Ghost, which was totally different from the the example perfume we mentioned to help the rep understand our preferences. It's a great example of a company and salesperson not attempting to truly listen to what a customer is asking for.

I had a great experience. I went on a little mission to find a perfume to use on the go. I had a great experience with the agent on the floor. Quinntin knows his stuff!! I was trying to express what I was looking for in terms of scent and he said I have the perfect one that matches your energy. He popped out two of the most heavenly scents I have come across. I was obsessed from first sniff. I have gotten such great compliments on the scents. I grabbed one but I am definitely coming back for the next one real soon.

I honestly can not get over how well I was treated!!! I literally had the best experience today buying my fragrances. The amazing Quentin spent so much time with me and got to know me just so we can find my perfect scent! I walked away with 2 luxury fragrances and I feel as special as I smell. Thanks to the two sales men who treated me so kind, it really made my day. Thank you again and I will be back for the perfume “danger” & for a new skin care regimen.

Today we came across this fragrance store called COS BAR and all I can say is if you are from out of town or live in town then this is where your fragrance needs will be found. Had the pleasure and undivided attention from an employee by the name of Mary. Let me tell you how she knows about all the fragrances and description. She was extremely helpful with giving me information on Creed Aventus cologne for men. She wasn't pushy like some places are. All I can say is if you want someone who will find what it is that you need or desire in a fragrance she will be the one to help you find it. Thanks again Mary and we will be seeing you soon.
