security pulled a knife out on me. i quite literally was only going in there to price some hair. i still ended up spending $100 in there.. then they always have someone follow me like dude i come in there at minimum once a week. i don’t even want to steal from yall? i wouldn’t even still go if it wasn’t so close to me -.- update that security guard doesn’t work there anymore. i should’ve reported him but obviously i didn’t think they would care bc i assumed thats what they hired him for. additionally they are nicer now … idk … its weird. ive been living here for another year now so maybe they just used to me. idk . at least he’s fired. weird to be a man and pull a knife out on a girl so much smaller than u..

Today I went in with two friends as I ran out of hair while getting it done. They wanted to look for some jewelry so we all went inside. Mind you this is my very FIRST TIME ever giving this store business and it will be my VERY last! I already saw the asian gentleman (I’ll assume is the owner) eyeing us, so I made sure before my friends continued looking to just pay for two items i grabbed. HE SAW ME PAY I wanted to go back to the car since i was not feeling well and took both of my items. I declined a bag and a receipt because i just didn’t want it..I should have grabbed a bag at least because this old man followed me out of the store. Played as if he was checking his car came right past the car i was in and was peering in did a double take and was incessantly pointing at my items to accu

Would've gave them 5 stars but idk... This was my first time going here. I brought my 7 year old and 2 year old daughters.. my two year old was a bit handsy with products but I was watching her and warning her. But the owner .. the Asian man .. kept trying to intervene and say something to her while I'm... Her mother... Is already talking to my child. And he was rude... She's two. ... She knocked down a small bottle of oil.. so what 🙄 I was picking it up and the security came over and helped and reassured me that everything was fine.. he helped my experience be better. But I don't think I'm going to spend my money here anymore.
