Cosmo beauty supply

I have lived in this neighborhood my whole life and have shopped at this beauty supply since they opened. Overall I have had mostly fine experiences here. I recently needed to exchange a defective product. They did exchange it, which I appreciated, but the owner’s attitude and customer service during the interaction were disappointing and dismissive. The issue was small, but the way it was handled left a bad impression. I can see why beauty supply stores in many communities often get criticism for being unwelcoming or discriminatory toward the very neighborhoods they serve I wont continue to shop here, and think better customer service would make a big difference.

Great store with everything you need!!! The employees are super nice, and the owner is very welcoming!! Definitely recommend!!☺️

I spent $70 on a wig, and when I opened the package, it was damaged. I called the store and was told by a woman on the phone that I could exchange it. However, when I went back to the store, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. The manager was extremely rude and kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain the situation. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
