Horrible customer service here! And so unprofessional leaning over counter while customers in store and asked about products and get a short simple answer. I will not go back to this cosmo prof highly disappointed because I love the store but workers are so untrained , felt like I was in a professional store with McDonalds employees working in it .
I was picking up something for someone else as I’m not a licensed cosmetologist. But the customer service was fantastic. The store looked like it was very clean and well stocked and very well organized.
Great customer service and the lady’s are well versed in all products!
I didn't even know this place was here! My hair stylist told me to go so I can use the same exact products that she uses in my hair. Staff were very friendly and eager to help anyway they could.
JC is very friendly and knowledgeable, she gave me plenty of recommendations and we eventually got the perfect shampoo for my hair type .
