I have been in business for 29 years and I must say the two staffers that are always there "Rose and Hannah" are amazing and helpful employees of your compamy. More than extremely helpful and welcoming...they work very diligently to get the product on the shelves and if you ask they will go the extra mile to go in the back to see if it has not been un packed yet and get it for you...they also will hold items and pull items off the shelf for you until you get there to pick it up ..ANYWAY they deserve a BONUS...

The store usually had what I need. I think they need to improve their computer system so that transaction times can decrease. It takes a while to check out, especially if you don't have your card.

The store is clean, the staff is very kind and always extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Why the two stars? They are always out of level 10 color. In both schwartzkauf and in Wella permanent color lines because not a lot of people buy level 10 permanent color there at that location. Well obviously they do if their almost completely out. I was able to find something that may or may not work. But it’s not what I wanted or necessarily needed. Both those manufacturers in all their lines are known for their blondes. Do better! There should not be two different manufacturers with 9-10 different lines between the two manufacturers with almost no level 10 permanent color shades available. Do better by your customer.This is not that staffs fault! It’s clearly corporate/home office/uppe

I have been coming to the store for years. It's clean, organized, easy to see through and find any item. Today I wanted to return a few products I didn't use. They told me my bottle is missing liquid. I honestly have not even took it out from my shopping bag nor used it. This was exactly the condition it was sold to me. Proper customer service I would expect to say, we can't take it back but you can get a gift card. Not a big deal on something under $10. I work customer service for 30 years and that's how we handle any issu. But here they kept arguing with me and coming back with the reply that they never sell it like that, like they had to have their last word and I can go to another store location. I went in on Thursday to get the color I normally get. I hadn’t been happy with what I was using on my own hair, but it was doing the job. I walked in and of course they did not have what I needed. I walked up to the register and asked for help. Even though it was close to closing the lady did not hesitate to walk around the store with me to find a different solution. She made her professional recommendation and I took it. I will forever be using this brand and color thanks to her. She was awesome and completely willing to help and I needed to write a review about it. ☺️
