I almost never leave negative reviews (check my profile to verify), but Debbie has earned this one. There’s a manager named Debbie (or if you come to my house) “Debbie Downer” because she seems to live for the power trip of turning customers away. It’s like she gets some kind of sick thrill from making a simple purchase feel like an FBI interrogation. I walk in to buy a bottle of shampoo and she acts like I’m trying to commit fraud. Every encounter with her feels like being interrogated at customs. I give her my phone number… DENIED! She wants my license, my account, asks if I have the app, some mythical “scan card” that I never even received. Then she delivers her catchphrase like it’s supposed to mean something: “I’ve been a manager for 12 years and I never met you.” Really? So, that m

Not friendly or helpful at all. Will turn you away even if you have an account and your license in hand. Go to the one in Overlea. Way more friendly and helpful workers, that don't look at you crazy like you don't belong there.

Stopped in on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised at the young lady working .She was pleasant and helpful. Have been in the past to this location and have had nothing but bad experiences. I usually go to other locations that are farther for that reason.

Do not like the manager, although she got a very little better. She could be a prison ward. Not friendly. She feels we consumers need her. Not vice versa.

This place is a true life saver for all hair professionals. my wife makes her weekly pilgrimage to this location as she currently owns her own salon. the employees inside are always very helpful the deals are very good the building is very well-lit and maintained in the stores very clean. the only true issue I have with this place is the location can be hard to find if you don't know exactly where you're looking for.
