This is a beautician supply store for licensed professionals or enrolled students. Most of the negative reviews are from people who misunderstand the business. It is not open to the public. No need to take it personally. I have had really good experiences with the staff at this store helping me find niche products. They will comb the shelves to help you find a hair moisturizer with no oil or a spray-on leave-in keratin with low fragrance. They are very helpful. They have a decent selection of African American hair products. But I have seen the best results with strengthening and growing afro hair by selecting products from across the board that address specific breakage issues. Consulting with the employees has really helped me!

Refused to sell after showing license and then laughed in my face as I walked out!! Also gave weird vibes as soon as I walked in, as well as the store being a mess. Just go to salon centric. They’re way nicer

Will ID you for some reason if your phone number isn’t from Bellingham? Or if they think ur lying? Such weird vibes. They think they’re the cops lol.

Spent 15 mins shopping here. Not a single person came up to me to ask me if I needed help. After picking out my items I went up to the front and was told I couldn’t purchase my items because I’m not licensed. I was trying to buy a brush.... anyways, with no postings, and no customer help, it was a huge waste of my time. Also, if I can see your nose, you aren’t wearing your mask right.

Amy the manager is a lunatic. She started yelling and screaming. Telling me to leave the store. I did nothing. She is very unstable. I don’t recommend that store in Bellingham.
