The Staff here is so Friendly it makes your visit feel like treat instead of a "to do" item to mark off your list!! 😜

Cosmo Prof has always been so helpful and custom orders whatever you need and calls you when it’s in they have been amazing since they have been here. I think in the 90s? They just have everything and whatever you can’t get Solutions. They like other businesses had problems in the pandemic and seem to have come completely through them always making sure customer service is number one.

I've been in the biz 40 years. Customer service is dead. No sales rep and customer service no longer exists. If you have a problem the best they offer is an over-seas agent who "chats" you into fury without finding resolution. It's sad honestly.

The staff here is alway so nice, friendly, helpful and professional. They go above and beyond to help and answer questions you might have. The manager Jayden is doing a great job running this store. Kudos everyone!
