I walked in, asking for help, older lady with flashy glasses WAS RUDE!!!! I didn’t know it was for only licensed people. Very rudely, with a snarl told me maybe Sally’s could help me. NEVER AGAIN

The older blonde lady has absolutely no reason to be working in customer service. I didn't have my license on me so we looked it up on the tablet. She said I couldn't buy anything because the license was expired, I had to point out that it still says active and the deadline to renew had been pushed back. She seemed super annoyed by that and begrudgingly allowed me to pick my stuff up. I had a few questions about some color and was uncomfortable even approaching her to ask because her demeanor had been so unwelcoming. Will not be back.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Completely rude and uncooperative staff. They would not sell products to a licensed hair dresser.....seems to defeat the purpose of their business. This is only the Cedar Rapids store. Waterloo and Mason City are wonderful!!! Guess it will be Salon Centric from now on. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! These employees should NOT be in customer service!

The staff here is RUDE. I have never had a pleasant experience. Along with many other fellow stylists, no one I know has been able to say anything positive about their staff. Terribly sad considering they have a great selection of products. In the industry we are involved in, costumer service is everything. This is something they need to work on!!!! I will go to Salon Centric before Cosmoprof any day

In and out; quick stop with my sister. Friendly customer service, clean & tidy with a variety of salon professionals' products. Although 4 stars only because they didn't have what we needed, they were out.
