Drive an hour to get to this store. Sign posted on the door clearly states Sunday hours 12-4. Lights were on, register/computer was on. Doors locked. Tried calling. No answer. Guess you didn’t feel like dealing with customers. I know somebody was there, because I called twice, the answering service gives you the option to press 3 to talk to an associate. But conveniently, when I called after hours, the answering service goes straight to the message stating they are closed. So your employee was playing games and must’ve had more important things to do during business hours. You may want to look into that. Employee getting paid to keep the door locked and not doing business. You missed approximately $400 in sales by just me alone. Gee, how many more people tried to visit your store today?

If it was possible to leave zero stars believe me yall would have it. Went there today approached the door at 8:10 (they open at 8) and the doors were locked. I then called two times got no answer but had an option to speak with an employee if I pressed number three. No one answered the phone called again. The line was disconnected. Do better y’all don’t have anything in there anyways. There is no reason for the doors to be locked after it says you’re open. Not only that, but the lights were on, and I could see someone in there. Edit: went there today 6/17/25 went inside a faint voice from the back said hello I responded and continued shopping. Finished my selections and waited at the counter for someone to check me out after 20/25 minutes someone else came in and was waiting to be checke

Roberto always makes it such an amazing experience every time I walk in. His extensive knowledge of product and where the product is located is outstanding. For example today I asked him for a leave in conditioner in a triangle bottle that’s blue and white he knew exactly what I was talking about. The best thing about Roberto is that he treats every single customer that walks in with the same professional and courteous response. His customer service is outstanding!

If I could give zero stars I would. They never have anything in stock and the new workers are rude. I loved shopping when Ms. Debbie and Ms. Miriam worked there. They were very friendly and helpful and made sure I got my product, but the new people are not so good. I think her name is Kimberly; the manager messes up and does not teach the others how to charge my account nor how to do my tax exempt. I’m shopping online because in store is so unorganized!!!

This store has lovely customer service. I am always greeted with a smile by Kiana. Debi remembers me every single time. She is so welcoming, and I appreciate that she keeps me updated with the latest specials.
