Older lady(manager) is not so friendly. Both times I've been in...I will shop elsewhere due solely to her attitude..sad

I really like this location. They remember me when I go in and my favorite products. They've saved products for me just because they knew I would like them and I did. Definitely my favorite supply store. I wish they carried more barber specific products but from what they do carry I'm vet pleased with. I feel almost like royalty here which seems weird when I say it but definitely a pleasant experience shopping here.

Great products, awesome store, terrible management. Went in there for the first time a year and a half ago, was treated terribly by an employee (I feel like they were the manager though) for incorrectly calling hair color "hair dye". Have never stepped back in, and never will. You don't treat people, especially your customers, like that. 'Tis a shame.

Shop there alot. Parking is limited. Some of the staff are knowledgeable,but most are clueless when it comes to product ingredients. If you've a question on a chemical product,wait for Tay to be on shift.

Been going there for years I how found all staff friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing them any time I go down.
