Love this store for all my needs!! Kim is amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable! Same goes for the other staff. I love visiting and being greeted by my name 😀
The staff is very rude. I only shop there because it’s close. I’m the only hairdresser that worked there. I quit because the manager Kim was very passive aggressive and I left without leaving her in a lurch. I’m more than allowed to shop there because I have a license and Dyla quipped “How are you shopping here? Do you have an account?” Well no kidding?! I actually have a license for 34 years. Where’s hers? Gross Company and gross staff! Amanda is probably the most qualified there and she’s in no way a hairdresser.
I gave this location a 2 because they had one product I wanted. My experience that day was less than expected. One of the two people that worked there was very friendly and tried to be helpful..I think she was probably new. The other person was unfriendly and unwilling to help and she looked like she just rolled out of bed. Come on CosmoProf...this sets a bad example for our industry!
I had the best experience at Cosmo Prof in Westbend all due to Abby and the manager that was on duty ( forgot her name 😞) they were so patient and very knowledgeable!!!
Great place for professionals to buy product! Staff is knowledgeable & friendly! The store is very organized & clean!
