Cosmo Prof

Definitely my favorite cosmo prof store. They always are stocked, always have everything i need. The employees are the friendly and so helpful. You are always greeted and treated like a celebrity. They go the extra mile. They never seem bothered to look something up for me, order something or suggest things for me. If i have questions they have answers! The store is always sparkling clean and so organized. Did i mention i will drive an hour out if my way for this location? Because i do. Because they are worth it.

SM Tara Smith hands down the best person I have experienced in customer service in a long time. She’s kind, professional, takes pride in her work and had created a truly zen atmosphere in her store. She went above and beyond for my sister and I and we are so grateful… from calling other stores to ensure we got everything we were looking for. Thank you so much

Nikki was super helpful!!! As a past employee, the manager at this location and the customer service line were absolutely no help at all!!!!!! They showed how much they don’t care. Meanwhile Nikki did the most to help me retrieve my W2. Can’t say the same for the manager, DM, or the company! Thanks Nikki for being awesome! As a customer of 20 years, and previous employee, I am saddened by the lack of support. Thankfully, when I shop at my local store, Nikki and a few other employees are caring and helpful. In a perfect world I could only hope the management and company cares as much

Thee worst! I walked in just a few steps before another lady and I was harassed non stop about “needing help” and “did you find what you were looking for” this experience was an employee giving the assumption that I was stealing. I am a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner for over 15 years. This is not my typical cosmoprof to go too but the employee was disgustingly inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. Not ONE TIME! did she ask the other young lady did she need help or did she find what she needed. Ignorant racist behavior and I will also be calling corporate

Great staff and management. They know me and greet me by name. Always helpful and inform me of deals and ways to save on products I’m always buying and re-buying. Always looking out for me and keeping me in the loop on sales starting/ending. Always get my orders perfect if I’m in a rush and have to call them in to pick them up and can’t shop myself. Great ladies! 👌🏼
