Within a 10-minute span, I was asked three times if I needed help despite repeatedly declining. Employees then lingered in the aisle I was shopping and engaged in whispering at the counter, which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. When I asked about a specific product, I was dismissively told that no stores in Arizona carry it, without being informed that it is available for delivery through the Cosmoprof app. Due to this experience, I limited my purchase and chose to order the product from a competitor.

This place continues to make up their own hours. After standing outside and waiting for over twenty min, I not only watched four different customers walk up and leave the store but also watched the employee re-enter the store and lock the door behind her. I can see her emptying boxes yet she has it closed to customers. @cosmoprof if you are wondering why this location sales are low on 5/3 this is probably why.

Decent size store. Many products don't have prices on it. You have to show your license of your profession or a student of a school your currently attending.

Staff is amazing! They're always quick to offer their help. They are actually the reason I keep returning to this location. The reason for the 3 stars is because I can never find what I need because of its depleted inventory. There are many times I can't find what I need and the staff are quick to offer their advice on other colors that I would have never thought of even using in the past and the results are better than expected.
