The staff at CosmoProf Miller Rd are helpful when it comes to finding products I need. I’ve taken notice that if I need a product that they have a hard time getting from warehouse, they are keen on helping me find a comparable product, (All substitutes have been amazing!) as well as reach out when my preferred one comes in! Above and beyond service!

The black lady who assisted me today was extremely rude and unprofessional. I drove all the way to the store to pick up an order, and instead of helping, she kept making excuses. I even asked her to call and verify with the person I was picking up the order for, and although she pulled up the account, she repeatedly called the wrong number. At that point, I honestly couldn’t tell if she was even making the calls or just being dismissive. The entire experience felt uncomfortable and disrespectful.

Mesha was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about all the products in the store! She went above and beyond. Great customer service!

Awful customer service and one very rude staff member. Horrible.
