I needed something they had to order and they were very helpful.
There are stores that I shop at because I have to if they only carry my products, this place started like that for me and now that's not the case. I shop here now for the amazing service I receive from Salina and Jasmine. I just went and scored at their 10% off sale!
We needed supplies had appointments coming to get their hair done. We arrived at 11 AM. Waited 15 and/or 20 minutes, they never opened Had to cancel. My appointments and reschedule
CosmoProf is my absolute go-to spot for professional hair products! Cheryl, the manager, is amazing—super helpful, knowledgeable, and always friendly. She genuinely cares about customers and goes above and beyond every time. The store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked, making every visit easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for professionals and salon owners!
Asked for help but cashier didn’t have time, she was very rude. I walked out and went to Sally’s, she greeted me and help me with a smile. Never going back to Cosmo prof.
