Staff is usually nice and friendly. On the other hand there policy for electrical items is awful. I had bought clippers from here and when I went to use them I noticed they was broken. I went to return them and was not allowed to. I was told I had to send them in to manufacture and it ended up costing me more than I had planned. I now just bought a blow dryer and after I got home I decided I wanted my original choice of the Shark instead of the Gamma+ so I went to take it back mind you I have never used it or taken anything out the box. But when proceeding to do this Bri the manager could obviously tell it’s never been used and still in the package as it came. But still had the audacity to tell me it can’t be returned but in there policy it does state any electrical items may be return

Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. However, inventory is limited and doesn’t meet the needs of professionals seeking a full range of salon supplies. Competing PROFESSIONAL stores offer broader selections, more competitive pricing, and staff with deeper product knowledge. CosmoProf. (professionals...) is for: serious professionals, but will likely find better value elsewhere. Never understood why they only sell to licensed individuals. So you don't want my business? What's the point of this? Only industry in town that won't sell to certain individuals. Not very welcoming at all especially when all their products you can buy online without a license.

This location seems to have random, great deals & clearance on products. Staff can be helpful at times

Absolutely HATE this location! I will no longer be coming to this location! I'd rather drive clear across town to the other cosmoprof or just go to salon centric where I KNOW they'll have what I need! The manager at this cosmoprof is incompetent and doesn't know how to do her job and frankly neither does her employees, at her fault. Everytime single time I go to this location to get something they NEVER have what I need. I'm done wasting my time on this crappy location! Went straight to Salon Centric after my visit to cosmoprof and immediately got what I needed and EVERYTHING I needed at salon centric!
