Jerry and his staff are at the Little Rock location, always very helpful and friendly to all who come into their store! Products are sold only to Salon professionals. I go to Cosmo Prof for all my products. Thanks Jerry for keeping it a great shopping experience.

Jerry's customer service skills are truly impressive, and he always goes above and beyond. His helpfulness, professionalism and personable nature make him a pleasure to work with. While there are several professional beauty supply stores in the area, I choose this location specifically because of the outstanding customer service Jerry provides.

I love the staffs here, I forgot one of the guys' names, but I remember Jerry for sure. They both are very helpful and friendly. They spent his time helping me out with my pick-up. I will come back here for future orders for sure.
