*** Supplies under extreme heat. Poor store associates working in 100 degree weather. On the hottest heat wave in history. The air has not working. Products are feelings the temperatures which concerns me. This is public safety. The salespersons have been working in the extreme conditions. I was appalled to see the sorry operating like this for weeks . We is the resolve @Cosmo Prof

The people who work there are always very helpful and they have really good prices on their products.

Literally never open during the posted business hours. It’s Sunday it’s 1:27 and they are closed. When the sign and online says 12-4 on Sunday’s. This has happened way too many times. Who runs this place…

The mechanicsville location is never open. The past 3 times I’ve come to this location (which is the closest to my salon) there is nobody in sight and the doors are locked. The last time I was here I showed up in the middle of the day at 1pm on my break, doors locked and the girl working walked up out of nowhere and told me sorry I’m taking lunch and walked inside and locked the door behind her for 30 minutes after I had ALREADY stood there 15 minutes. Today I went at 9:00am and the doors were locked and lights off. No notes on the door stating the reasoning. It’s extremely unprofessional and inconvenient.

In the past, I loved shopping at CosmoProf. I could always depend on them to have what I needed for African American hair. However, over the years they’ve seemed to offer less and less products for African Americans. They have a store full of products but have a very small section with African American products. Also, that small section is always empty. I can barely find any Mizani or Avalon products and have to go to multiple stores to piece together what I need. It’s a shame that there is little inclusiveness.
