They never have things stocked that I need, the staff seems rude and they put returns back on the shelf. I bought a $180 blow drier and I almost got one that had been used. (The protective sleeve had been removed, there was finger smudges all over it and the contents of the box were totally out of order.) Luckily I open boxes and look at things before I buy. If you're buying anything expensive here I'd advise you do a thorough inspection.

I live in California, I came to visit my Sister In Ohio. JANIS at the Mentor Ohio store was so helpful and pleasant. I had to come back a second time for the sale items. What a great experience in this Cosmo Prof. Janis sets the bar for all Cosmo Prof employees

The ladies that work there like to not greet you when you walk in. They stood behind the counter the entire time and whispered and laughed. I went to return my item and I wasn’t told or aware of the fact that i was unable to return a clearance item. This is the worst cosmoprof location. They are rude and snobby. I will not be back.

The shelves are never stocked. Hard to run a salon when you can't get supplies! Still have issues with low stock. Very annoying. They can't keep their managers either.

The manager wanted to argue with me about a sale price on a product. She never sought to understand where I was coming from and what the nature of the promotional price was and why I knew I deserved that price.
