My 1st time at this particular location and the employee that was working there was extremely rude and offsetting. I was asking a couple of questions and she was rude and nice nasty on each question. I will be calling corporate about this matter because I'm a licensed hair stylist and I always go to cosmoprof for my professional products and she should be more friendly to the customers that come in.

Today, I went to this location to pick up a few items. The employee at the counter asked me what I was looking for and I had told her I was looking for purple shampoo. She starts going on about how blue shampoo will just make my hair more blue. Yeah… I said PURPLE. Purple is opposite to yellow/orange tones. So not only did she not even listen to my initial response, but she spoke down to me like I have no clue what i am talking about. Crazy presumption for someone who doesn’t know my qualifications or my base of knowledge. Bottom line, I felt incredibly uncomfortable because of this uncalled-for demeanor from this individual. You guys should change the time on Google so ppl don't have to waste gas. I am not from this area. I searched on Google and it said closer at 6pm. To get here to this sign. If you knew before hand change the time on Google. So sorry y'all short staffed.

Great place for professional hair supplies. Informative staff. Inventory is pretty low and color seems to be a bit disorganized. I'm sure just a sign of the times though. Online retail makes it hard for brick and mortar businesses to survive.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ariel at this store... she is not only incredibly knowledgeable but super personable and my favorite person to see there. And love how hard she works for the customers!
