Excellent service. We came 5 minutes before closing today and we felt bad because we had a pretty big order. However, the cheerful associate gave us excellent customer service despite the time. She was extremely helpful, patient, and did not rush us (even though we wouldn’t blame her if she had). The store was clean, well stocked and nicely lit.

Had an interesting experience with Cosmoprof. Unknowingly to me, as i was purchasing items that you needed a license. The employees were very disrespectful explaining how they can’t sell items to someone that doesn’t have a license. Made me feel absolutely uncomfortable, stupid and unwelcome. They told me if i was to call my hair stylist before or atm they would sell it to me, so i did. When my hair stylist called they were rude and made her feel uncomfortable as well. i’m very disappointed.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The color selection is phenomenal. This is one of my favorite stores ever!

I'm a regular here! Wish they carried my L'Oreal products but overall, great selection and good quality tools and product.
