I ordered same day delivery. A worker called me saying she accidentally canceled my whole order because they didn’t have one product. By the time we finished talking about getting my refund the same day delivery closed. I tried to order the same items the next day and the website wouldn’t allow me to do same-day delivery standard delivery or pick up for any of my items. I called the store to help resolve this. Thinking maybe they could send me the items I wanted over the phone. They I guess don’t do that, and they told me to call their customer service and basically I was on my own to solve their websites problem.

I came in the other day and this girl was sitting there on her phone and full of attitude, dark hair with shrek green hair. i was in need of travel size products really bad since i was on vacation. They treated me like i was incompetent and wasn’t speaking english. i tried to put the most american accent ever but they refused and told me to use translator. the woman with split hair and glasses was the only one willing to help me, 5 stars for her.

I regret shopping here. The products seem outdated and possibly expired, with unhelpful staff that show little interest in assisting others. Their prices were outrageous for how low quality they are. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money here; there is far better beauty supply stores nearby.
