OMG! I can tell you why Cosmo Prof has a high rating, because Kim the manager is super duper sweet! I went in thinking I could get some faux loc crotchets for my hair, but they are a professional stylist hair store. I didn't know that at first, but when I let her know that what I needed they didn't have, but if I need any other supplies I'll be back, Kim asked me was I a stylist, I let her know I wasn't and she informed me it was only for licensed stylist. I told her that if I know any stylist needing any supplies l, I'll let them know about Cosmo. It's soooooooo neat and clean, and again, Kim is super duper sweet. So, if you're a licensed stylist or know a licensed stylist, please put the word out about this hidden treasure. KUDOS to you Kim! You provided me with Five Star Customer Servi

An employee says she has been at the store for 30 years, deep southern accent. Can’t think of her name. This lady gave me a very hard time. Protecting stylist and policing are two different things. She doesn’t know me and was not professional and courteous because of that. I was only tryna get a price for 1 product. Had a client in my chair, was an aggravating experience.

I'm a Hairdresser so I'm frequently at Cosmo. I love the staff Lisa and all the girls are friendly, helpful, fun and a pleasure to deal with. Love the fact that they carry the majority of the products that I use so ONE STOP SHOPPING!!
