I came in 20 minutes before close to grab shampoo/conditioner. I was told multiple times by the assistant manager how much time I had left, as if I was inconveniencing the staff, even though I was only in there for 6 minutes tops, and spent almost $100. I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve never felt so rushed and unwelcome. I wont be returning back.

RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL STAFF dont shop here I was treated absolutely horrible when I went in I was “greeted” by the meanest female “manager” uptight & expensive. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated like trash !

Today was my second experience at this location, and let me say it was waaay different than the 1st time. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Thank you ladies for changing my experience!

The staff is amazing and helpful. The assistant manger seems to know whats going on and is very knowledgeable. However, when I ask to see the manager she never seems to be around. Don’t expect to speak with her when you’re in the store.

The sales associates are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's my go to place for everything from hair products to shears, etc. I absolutely love this place!
