Everyone is always helpful. My questions are always answered to the best of their abilities. The girls always go out of their way to make sure I get everything I need and help me find an alternate product if they are out of what I've come for. Pearl Street is my favorite store to shop!

I changed my rating of this store because the customer service has gotten much better over the years. Management and staff at this location are awesome. The prices are going crazy in our industry, but that's definitely not their fault. - If there was a negative thing I had to say, it's that the suppliers need to advocate more for their customers rather than gouging us.

Today, great sales. Very nice lady help me. Clean and organize.

We arrived at the store prior to the closing time of 6PM and the person was still in the shop but had closed before the posted time of 6PM. Even though they were still there at the register they would not open the door for us. Will not be buying product from them any more.
