Cosmo Prof

Everytime I have gone to the store everyone is so kind and helpful. I'll be honest, I don't go often. I don't work in a salon anymore but still keep my license active. For the first time today I tried in store pick up. Ordered online and sent husband to pick up when it was ready. I followed instructions for a third party to pick up, he had my ID and email order confirmation. They gave all the wrong products that was needed for today. Kind of a big deal mistake. Of course, refunds can be given and correct product can be picked up but how inconvenient. More attention to store pick up order please.

My absolute favorite cosmoprof in the area. The New Manager Stacey is absolutely amazing and much kinder than the old one, so glad to see her move here from Victor. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable, Zander is especially kind and a joy to get help from. Stacey and Zander have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service in making sure I can find what I came to get or an alternative which is extremely important to me as I drive about 45minutes to get to a supply shop. They're always well stocked, clean and organized. And the other customers who shop here are also extremely kind, which is a plus.

Every Cosmo prof I've been to, the workers have been really snotty. I can't speak for everyone that works there, but over the phone and in store they could have better customer service. I work for a sister company so I know that the policies are not to be that stand off ish... Also gave me a tough time about a gift card I bought at that store, saying they couldn't use it... I don't know wasn't that great of an experience but the clearance deals were nice. Store is set up nicely as well

Love this store! I've had nothing but great experiences here! The associates are very helpful and are very well educated on all of their products, awesome customer service as well! I was having trouble finding a product and the associate that was helping me was very patient and kind. It's a very welcoming environment! From now on this will be the only cosmoprof I go to!!!

So I've been to other Cosmoprof locations and they had been nothing but helpful. This location was starting out the same way - staff were helpful in finding the product I needed. But that was until I went to checkout. See I was in there for my sister, who is handicapped, and needed me to pick her up some product as she couldn't get there herself (moving around is hard for her, but she still lives for hair - don't ask me why.) Since I'm a flake, I lost her other tag. "Hey, I lost my sister's tag. How could I go about getting another one?" Immediately I was greeted by a boisterous woman who I assume was the manager, in a not-too-welcome tone: "YOU CAN'T DO THAT! IF YOUR SISTER NEEDS SOMETHING SHE HAS TO ORDER IT OVER THE PHONE AND YOU HAVE TO PICK IT UP! SHE COULD LOSE HER HAIRDRESSER LI
