I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for 18 years, and this is the first time I’ve truly noticed the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of the employees and manager, Jenny. She is undoubtedly the best manager anyone could ask for. The team here never displays any attitude, which is a refreshing change after all these years of shopping here. This is the only team that has consistently been so helpful and kind. She is incredibly attentive to customer needs, which is refreshing to witness exceptional customer service.

I attended a local cosmetology school close to this location. Any time i walk in, if there is someone at the counter they greet me by asking 'what can i help you look for today?' Normally i greet them back & say 'im fine but i will ask once i have a question thank you.' I gazed around & decided on this color (pictured below), but when i was choosing a color the lady from behind the counter followed me to five different aisles. The store has only 3 aisles of color, then to make sure she was following me i went down the nail polish aisle & accessories aisles like color mixing bowls. You have to be licensed just to walk in this store, i cant explain how uncomfortable i felt visiting this location throughout receiving my education at a local school. Please fix this location !

Just came to review my first experience here, i don’t know how girl with blue hair got bad review I saw before this I just left with the best experience with her. I usually shop at the location in manassas and thought I would stop by while in the area and she greeted me and asked if I needed assistance, she was very friendly and professional and I love what she recommended me, they have very full shelves compared to other location where I can never dine what I need. I will be shopping here for now on thank you

An employee named Paula (who closed yesterday) on 10/17/22, was extremely unprofessional. As soon as I got the store, with my friend and daughter, the worker yelled" We close in 10 minutes." Didn't even greet us first. I walked around and then she yelled again" Ladies 8 minutes til we close....". We all heard her the first time. This was not needed. Then another yell from her " 5 minutes til we close". I over heard her on the phone with someone about picking up some stuff up after work, and the plan she had, which tells me that's why she was pushing us to leave the store fast. The last time she yelled at us, I said I can't shop like this. I knew that by 6pm, I needed to have all my items to the counter. If I could give less than a star I would. You walk in, they don’t offer any assistance, no “Do you need help looking for anything” because the layout of the store is like going through a labyrinth. Things that are supposed to be next to each other, aren’t. So I go to pay and I get my card out because I’m a licensed professional who knows that’s what I’m supposed to do. She looks at it as if I had just handed her a fake I.D. Proceeded to scan it, I have problems with mine so I doesn’t scan into the dept it’s supposed to. She asks me what I’m licensed in (I was buying hair color, developer, and a weaving comb) I tell her she can type in my number and name or call, which I know she can do because I’ve worked with that company for 5 years.
