this is the most u professional horrible beauty supply . they have no inventory, the people that work there are below standard, rude , and lack knowledge and reality. They never help, mess up same day delivery every time you do it , they cancel your order. if you like placing orders online for same-day delivery at 8:30 AM and expect to receive your Haircolor and then have it never arrive and it’d be 6 PM and no one even sent an email confirmation of canceling it or sent you any information or even called you because there’s one person that works in the store the size of a closet this store 6190 is the worst cosmoprof and I hope nobody even waste their time. Better off. Go to Eve Beauty and Manhattan and pay double then deal with their drama, and their lack of following through in any realm

Excellent service. When I have a question, the staff professionally guide me to the product I need. I highly recommend Cosmo prof to others; their service and prices are spectacular.

I'm not one to comment on anything. But the store is really bad. If they see you're Hispanic, they won't even let you look. They ask you if you have a license to enter. The truth is, I was looking for products for personal use, but they tell me I can't buy them if I don't have a license. It's like going to buy bread and they tell me I can't buy it because I'm not a baker. I think the store's treatment of customers is really bad.

Cosmoprof is a wholesale beauty supply that sells to licensed cosmetologists/ barbers/ nail techs/ estheticians. It’s not opened to the public…there is a sign on the door.

The girl that works there is so rude the place supposed to open at 8:00 and she came at 10:00 and she was very rude and saw me knocking on the door and was ignoring me and yhen she opened the door with a very bad attitude and said we didnt open yet and when i asked when are you gonna open she closed the door and said when i open the door , don’t go to the astoria store VERY RUDE
