Cosmopolitan Nails-Downtown

I was able to get a same day appointment with Lynn, and I am so thankful I did. She gave me an INCREDIBLE manicure. She was so careful with my nails and cuticles, making sure I was comfortable. She was a joy to chat with, and made sure I was happy with my nails. I LOVE them, and I highly recommend you go in if you haven't. Such great service!!!

Went for a walk-in, walked out with some of the best nails ever. I've never had anyone so thorough with nail prep and trimming of cuticles... My nails were in really rough shape but Lynn did an excellent job. Plus our conversation was delightful. She actually kept the length where possible (my nails aren't symmertrical but she listened to me and did what I want). So many times they just do what they want. Not Lynn. The correct shape, triple coats of color and tons of shine. Zero imperfections. Here on business but if I lived local, I'd be a regular. Good price and high quality results.

I’m not happy. It’s Friday. On Tuesday I paid $95 plus a tip which made it $120 for my nails and toes to just be painted with gel. No pedicure or anything, just polish. It’s been 3 days! This is what my nails look like. I’ve gotten my acrylic nails done here before and actually had them taken off the shape was so awful and the french tip on them as well. I’ve given them a few chances now because I felt bad like maybe I was being too judgy about my nails. But for $120 this is unacceptable. I will be there Tuesday morning to have them fixed. I work a double everyday the rest of the weekend, Monday they’re closed when I’m off so Tuesday it has to be unfortunately. I wish I could get in tomorrow if it wasn’t for work so they can see them sooner but the pictures in my review are enough to see t

I was in town for work for the week. I noticed Cosmopolitan Nails from my hotel room and decided to stop in and treat myself. Lin (Lynn?) was amazing. I wasn't in a rush, so neither was she. She was attentive, patient, and meticulous. I got French tips, and she suggested pearl instead of white white. I went with her suggestion, and am so glad I did. My nails look amazing. In addition to the best nails I've ever had, we also had great conversation throughout, as Lynn (Lin?) comes across as a very genuine person. I cannot recommend this place enough. (I even created a Yelp account just to share a similar review)

LOVE, Lynn did an amazing job. Had this set for over 3 weeks and not a single chip or broken nail. She puts so much care and precision into her work. I cannot wait to go back!
