Cost Cutters

First time I went in 4 months ago and I was told the best way to get a cut would be to set up an appointment online because they prioritized appointments, I did that and they did a good job so I decided to go back yesterday, I Had an appointment set up through their website a day in advance for 10:30am which was shown as having availability. Arrived on time and all 3 or 4 people working had customers in their chairs..sometimes appointments go over so I get it..it took an additional 5 minutes for someone to notice me and come check me in for my appointment, they didnt give a time estimate for how long I would be waiting just asked me to take a seat..I watched them completely ignore a walk in who turned into a "walk out" and there was two other people already waiting when I got there,appoint

Jessica was absolutely fabulous! She really listened to what we wanted and was so sweet when we wanted to come back in and tweek a couple things! Highly recommend her! She absolutely knows what she is doing and you won't be disappointed!!

Jess is always lovely to speak to and consistently high quality in her work. Today I tried a new style and wasn’t sure how to best ask for what I wanted. She worked with me and tried things incrementally, so I could see what I was comfortable with a bit at a time. In the end, I left with a new style and new confidence in trying it. Jess is great!

Jessica at Cost Cutters was amazing! She gave me a great cut and blow out. She was gentle too and it was relaxing. I will be back and next time I will get a shampoo too!

Eva, once again, worked her magic. I went from hair down past my shoulders to just below my shoulders. She also added a bit of layers and textured my bangs. Love it
