Cost Cutters

This was our first experience with Cost Cutters and we were very pleased! Cindy was great with my 7 year old daughter and gave her a nice cut, exactly what I asked for. The store was clean and they were relaxed about my 3 year old spinning the empty chairs! We will be back for sure. Thank you!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NOT ACKNOWLEDGED ONCE! One lady just got back from lunch (I am assuming), whole another was talking to her clients so those two have a pass. However Jenn and others didn't even look at me in the face until I asked if they saw my online booking. Jenn checked, didn't smile at me one time. Didn't ask me how I was doing or anything. when she started to take me, she made me feel like I was intruding on her. Maybe it was her lunchtime. I don't know but she was rushed and told me she didn't have a lot of time so I backed out. Made me feel so unwelcome in every single way. Totally unprofessional in every way! I was excited to check the place out too! I might not look like I tip well, but boy do I! I also leave reviews!

It was actually the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I'm multiracial and have fine/curly hair (what's often been called "good hair"), and the stylist had no idea how to cut my hair. I'm not sure she knows how to cut anyone's hair properly to be honest. To be fair, maybe just not people of color. She seemed to be confused about what I asked her to do. She didn't cut both sides symmetrically, and left patches in multiple spots. I had to fix it myself when I got home. I'll never go there again.

Jessica always does an excellent job and I'm thrilled with my hair! She does what I ask and finishes before I realize it! I appreciate her skill and kindness.

Always a pleasure to have Jess trim my hair. She knows how I want mine trimmed and she even got my husband’s trim perfect! Friendly and easy to talk to. My husband and I highly recommend her.
