Cost Cutters

The cut is fine. I did not care for the service and will not go back. It was not clear when I booked that a wash was no longer included in the price. Fine, I knew my hair needed a wash so I paid. It was a very quick wash job. The hairdresser then complained about my dirty hair, after she washed it . She showed me how dirty it was even though I paid for a wash, odd. I don’t appreciate feeling bad when I pay for a service. Other places are not that much more, maybe even cheaper as a good wash and a blow dry are included. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I’m at a loss for words with such an exceptional experience. I had men and women flagging me down on the way home, asking where I got my haircut. I told them I got it at cost cutters, and that they had free pizza with every haircut. It was a great experience. I will forever treasure these moments.

Ullie was my stylist, it was my first time at this location.She gave me a fantastic haircut.She was sweet and personable, and I will definitely be coming back!

Nikita was amazing. I feel completely transformed. I have tye best haircut I have ever had and she is very sweet and funny. And had fun while I was getting my haircut. She should have the Nobel prize for hair is the was one!!! Great job Nikita thank you 🙏

I called first and stated I wanted to set an appointment for wash and styles for both my daughter and I. Both hairstylists acted like we were there for cuts. I did need a trim so I went ahead with it. I received a disgusted look when asked about a shampoo. My stylists suggested an inch off, sure whatever, that wasn't horrible. She used a razor and I like razor cuts. Anyway. I am watching her chop away constantly commented about the thickness as she chops. She then stated she going to take another inch off my length, to make it even. More chopping and thinning shears. I got home and my boyfriend commented about how uneven the length in back is. I started running my fingers through my hair and was in tears about how uneven it is. I have called the salon multiple times and left voicemails, wi
