Coumba African Hair Braiding

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. My middle part wasn’t straight, and when I asked them to fix it, I was told to do it myself. I get braids regularly and have never had to go home and wash out excess gel cause there is white residue on my fresh braids. She cut blunt cut the ends of my braids so they are unraveling. Do not waste your money and time at this salon.

This was the second time I came here, the first time it was pretty good and fast. I dont know what happened this time but I scheduled an appointment 1 week in advance for two people and we show up and they didnt have anyone to do our braids. They told us to go to a different location and we did. We get there and they told us to go back to the location we were (again). Mind you, we were waiting there for 40mins already. I did do my braids but the lady was extremely rough and my braids were crooked. My friend didn’t do hers because we were already waiting a long time. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed. They need to be more organized.

I had my hair done by another braider and it wasn’t what I expected. Needing it rebraided ASAP I came across this and she got me right the same day. Not only was she able to give me the style I wanted; but it was done faster and with my braids than I had originally thought could be done. I will be coming here again.

KUMBA African Braiding is the best place to go to get your hair done. The workers are professional and knows how tondo hair that last a lifetime. I will recommend this place to anyone

My girls came and got their hair braided for there first time by Alexis she was friendly and took her time with each of my girls. Over the weekend my girls were at a Karate tournament where they got so many great compliments. We are sure coming back in couple a of weeks to get their hair ready for another tournament.
