I had high hopes for this coworking space, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The cleanliness was a major issue—spider webs under tables, dirty floors, and a general lack of upkeep made it an unpleasant environment to work in. Temperature control was another constant struggle. Despite asking multiple times, the heat or AC was rarely turned on when needed, making the space either uncomfortably hot or freezing cold. Security was also a serious concern—the door didn’t lock properly, and there were multiple instances of homeless individuals walking in, which was both disruptive and unsafe. Last night I spoke for a Meet-up group at the Cowork Lab and was blown away by the sleek, modern style, the great lighting , complete audio, video setup with a digital projector and viewing screen, There is a small kitchenette to serve food with a full sized refridge and sink, This space can easily hold 30 people and the seating is very new. Next door is a learning space that can hold even more. The pricing is awesome and if you have a need for a space at I-610 and Yale in Houston then Book this space. I didn’t know that places like this business existed until the virus forced me to look for a remote location to work. After reviewing the prices and reviews, I found Cowork Labs and it was a GODsend. The rates are great compared to others and there’s fast internet, a nice place to set up your work station and coffee to get your day going. Anna and Andy are two of the best people you’ll ever meet! They were there for me when I couldn’t depend on my own family and allowed me to keep a job during the pandemic. They deserve 10 ⭐️‘s.

I've found this office space to be an excellent place to work out of for my startup. The office I booked is comfortable and I've always found it to be a well kept and clean space. For the price and proximity to me, I'm really happy with my decision to use Cowork Lab!

Been using the Cowork Lab as an office space for a couple months now and I love it. My work output has dramatically increased and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone needing an office away from home. Also their virtual office rates are the best in the city.
