Cozy Feet Spa in East Boca is exactly what the name promises. My wife and I have been looking for a solid reflexology spot and finally found it. The space is clean, quiet, and actually relaxing. No chaos, no weird vibes. Just calm. We both did the reflexology foot massage and walked out feeling like we’d just reset our nervous systems. They offer hand, foot, and back massages too, so there’s definitely more to explore next time. And yes, there will be a next time. Personal highlight? I popped in my EarPods, they gave me a warm head towel, and I basically melted into the chair. Lights low, zero stress, full unwind mode. It was perfect. If you’re looking for a no-frills, clean, relaxing place to decompress, this is it. We’ll be back for more.

Tucked into a strip mall in East Boca Raton, this spot feels like a little slice of luxury in an otherwise mundane setting. The space is clean and comfortable. Everyone speaks in whispers to preserve the calm. A tip before you go: wear pants or shorts with loose hems. The massage begins with your feet soaking in warm water while the masseuse works on your upper shoulders. They will check in to tailor the right pressure. From there, you lay face down on the massage bed for a back rub, then flip over for a thorough foot massage. The massages take place in one large room with privacy curtains separating guests. It's not a private room, but it honestly doesn't matter, you're just showing off your bare feet.

The pressure was perfect—firm enough to work out all the tension, yet soothing and calming at the same time. Every movement felt intentional and therapeutic, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely renewed. Not only did my feet feel incredible afterward, but the overall sense of relaxation carried through my whole body. Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Party of 4 Came in for a 60 minute foot massage! Actually it was 15 minutes neck, shoulders, back and 45 minutes foot! It was excellent! Place is clean, peaceful and pleasant. We will be returning!
