I’ve been going to Cozy Massage for a while now—it’s such a great neighborhood spot, and I’ve even enjoyed couple’s massages there with my husband. But my most recent visit with Laura truly stood out. I came in with a terrible stiff neck and could barely turn my head left to right without a sharp, pinching pain. Laura immediately focused on the muscle tension, working carefully through the tight areas with a combination of deep kneading and gentle stretching. By the end of the session, I could already move my neck a bit more and felt noticeable relief. The real surprise came the next morning—the pain was completely gone. Laura truly has healing hands. I booked a massage as present for my boyfriend. His experience was disappointing as the lady that was massaging him was using her phone at the same time and not paying the appropriate attention. This service is overpriced! I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for strong massage.

I’d never had a massage before, so I was a bit nervous at first. But from the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, they explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The place was really clean and relaxing. The massage itself was amazing — it wasn’t too rough or too soft, just perfect. I left feeling way more relaxed than I expected. Definitely want to come back and try it again!

I had such a great experience. Yuri was so nice. I got a facial . The place is clean and smelled great. She took her time with me. She gave me some techniques to use at home. I'll definitely go back again. Prices were average. I felt it was worth every dollar. My facial took 50 minutes.

If I could give this place a minus star I would. My friend and I scheduled facials at the same time. To my disbelief, we were given one esthetician to work on us at the same time. And no extra time was given to account for sharing. To add insult to injury, the tools the esthetician used were toddler like -- it felt like make believe facial. The rubber rotor tool left a rub burn on both sides of my temples. I paid for full services, I called the manager, was told that the owner did not speak english and she would get back to me and ... nothing. This place is a sham and a scam!! TOTALLY AVOID
