Ok, We did not have an appointment, but they took us and made a way to fit us in. They are real busy because they are really good. The salon isn't super fancy, but the staff is on point. They work hard and my wife and I enjoyed the Pedicures. The chairs are comfy with super decent massage action. If you want a good experience, make an appointment and try them. I think you will like the service.

Today was my first time to Cozy. By the professionalism and cleaniness it will not be my last. Cindy did my nails (sns coffin tips ). Everything was great from the shape, to the color. I did not feel rushed. She made sure I was comfortable with the shape and length. This nail salon is clean. They sanitize the nail and pedicure stations after EVERY person is done. I am very happy I walked passed this new nail salon and made an appointment. Very reasonable prices.

I had my nails done 3 times at this salon (gel polish ) 2 times within the 2 weeks my polish chipped . They rush and also the time for drying is really short could be why the polish doesn’t stay on . Sad because this place was convenient but I’m not returning .

Reading the reviews how “professional” they are.. joke!!! Maybe if you the right color…. They are the only nail salon around me but it’s not worth the headache. This lady barely cut my cuticles, BARELY!!! Like I said before If your the right color they do your job correctly. In my opinion, I wouldn’t waste my money at this nail salon.

I loveeee Cozy nail spa ! I have been going for years and now I have my family and friends going to! I love every single person there so pleasant and you feel you get your money’s worth for the services.
