First let me start by saying, this is my go-to nail salon. Eva usually does my nails every 2-3 weeks but she wasn't in today, I was 3 weeks out so they needed to be done today. Another woman did my nails (no name tag and very rushed so I didn't get to ask). All was fine until they started to get busy. Then, she ran through my visit as quickly as possible. She told me to pick out a color. I stood to do so but there was nail dust all over my top & pants. When I went to brush it off, she looked up & aggressively said, "Clean later! Pick your color!" Well, you can see by the photos how the color application turned out. She pushed my cuticles back so hard several times that it was a bit painful. I had the worst manicure today. I’ve visited here before and had no issues with my pedicure service but I can’t believe I paid for this manicure when I could’ve done a way better job at home. Not only is the color lumpy but I told my lady to cut my nails to match my one short nail that had a greeny. But she didn’t even shape my greeny nail at all or make my other nails match. It looks terrible. The pedicure was fine but I just think this business has misleading prices with a lot of surcharges added. The starting price was $98 on the pedicure price list for gel mani and some special pedicure and with the ladies calculation she goes $140 ish with gel pedicure & French. I think the price list on their wall makes absolutely no sense bc they don’t list add on prices for French or gel. And und

The experience was great. The tech knew what she was doing. Place was very clean. My nails came out great.

It was my first time going here. I walked in and had a short wait. It wasn’t anything terrible but it is quite busy, even on a Friday morning. If you don’t want to wait, I’d suggest going right when they open. I had Eva for a gel manicure. She was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. I find a lot of nail techs can be rough in this area but she was really gentle, which I appreciated. I would be happy to go to her again. I wanted short nails with a color that looks similar to my nail bed so she used a color that’s usually used as a base for French nails. She had some cute star designs on her own nails that I might want to try next time. Cash is preferred and they have an ATM next to the register. We will see how long retention is!
