Did not get the color, length or shape I asked for - but I guess in and of themselves they’re not too bad. I assure you I’m a very divisive person. When asked what color, length, and shape I wanted I gave one simple direct answer and made no attempts to change that decision at all after that. So I certainly don’t think there could have been any misunderstanding as far as what I wanted unless they were simply not listening to me and not taking their time for my service. Which is unfortunately what I believe happened. He seemed very disengaged and like he was rushing the entire service. That’s simply my honest thoughts on the matter. I take no pleasure in saying any of this. I’ve come here before, got my nails done by Jimmy and I was in awe with how quick, professional, and talented he was.
