Sophie is amazing....spent hours helping me with a color correction and grey blend. Loving my hair!!

I DO NOT recommend going to Marissa Chong. She is very unprofessional. I was a new client that booked with her on the 17th which she canceled 20 minutes before my appointment and then rescheduled me to the 21st which she also canceled last minute. She then asked if I wanted my deposit back which I indeed wanted. She asked me on 25th if I’m okay with Apple Pay which I said yes and then She ignored me for almost one week. So I got ahold of the owner Lyndsay and she reached out to Marisa, yet she still continued to ignore me until I had to reach out to Lyndsay once again. She finally sent me my deposit without any apology. Extremely unprofessional and unapologetic.

Lyndsay is a phenomenal colorist. And she does the perfect haircuts! I also appreciate Amanda’s wash and blowouts ! So glad I found this lovely place. Thank you !
