I had a haircut with Ali today. I asked for long face framing layers and to remove dead ends. My hair was very long (past my ribcage) so I specifically gestured for about 5 inches to be removed. At the end, she told me she cut 6 inches, but when I got home I measured and 11 inches were actually cut off. There are no layers, my hair was cut straight across my collarbone. My bangs are uneven. This is not what I asked for. I'm sad and disappointed. This cost for this cut with tip was 100 dollars. It doesn't look flattering... She was really nice though, seemed to put effort into styling it and the salon is clean/cute. I attached an image which shows the lack of layering making my hair look triangular and uneven bangs. 2/5

I had yet another amazing experience with Ali! She always gives her full attention when I go over what I want to do with my hair. I was nervous to get my hair chopped and layered so drastically this time, but she talked me through and boosted my self confidence! Throughout the whole service she makes me feel comfortable and welcome! Her work is nothing short of amazing! Huge thank you to her for always making me feel amazing and doing a stunning job every time! It’s safe to say I will NEVER leave her and will always recommend her!!!!

ALI IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST WITH BLONDE HAIR!!!! She is so kind and makes you feel so safe in her chair. She walks you through every step and makes sure you have the best results. Koror is the manager of the salon and is so personable. All the employees are friendly and welcoming. You feel like you’ve known everyone for years!!! Best salon in Nashville!!!!!!
