I saw Carol as a new client today. She gave me the best haircut I’ve had in at least a decade. And the highlights are the perfect shade. She’s a true master at her craft and the salon experience at Craft is very elevated. I left feeling really pampered and super confident with my new cut!

My mother and I came in for a hair appointment for her because we have a family event coming up, and wanted to look her best. She had a consultation with Charles, and we were so impressed by the level of care he showed. He was incredibly thoughtful and patient (my mother has hearing challenges). He really took the time to understand her needs and made sure she felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her highlights turned out absolutely gorgeous, and my mom is thrilled with the results. We’re so grateful for the kindness and attention Charles provided us. He is a true master of his craft. Beautiful location and salon too! We will definitely be back ❤️

Awesome place! Great vibes, staff is awesome and they all do AMAZING hair. I travel 2 hours one way just to get my hair done every 6-7 weeks. Definitely worth it and one of the best salons in ABQ.
