Customer service was amazing. Shauntae helped me look for what I needed, gave me tips on how to get the look for I wanted for my daughter’s hairstyle, and was super personable. Would highly recommend this store.

It's a beauty supply store in Baltimore, MD , in the Upton area.more specific Pennsylvania Ave aka.The Avenue.. it's rough in that area, but the people really mind their business and not looking for any trouble with you. It's always police around. The only thing is it's alot of people just standing around.

I love Ms. Kay (owner). She's always very friendly, helpful, pleasant. Excellent prices & assortment of hair products. Ms. Kay was dazzled by my daughter's eyebrows (that my 14 year old) contoured her own) and took the time out to engage with my angel. Stop by and visit sometime. Accessible parking lot across from Crazy Mart (next to Dollar General).
