Naomi is my girl and has been the only one retwisting/styling my locs since I started coming here 2+ years ago. We have great communication and she works well with me to make sure i’m completely satisfied.

I took my daughter to do her hair and the woman who did it seemed like she didn't want to. It came out lopsided uneven and not what you would think a professional would do. I wont be taking her back again. She disappeared after doing it so I couldn't even get her to fix it. Such a waste of money I'm really upset. Worst salon in Brooklyn

Not worth the money or hassle. Booked for a time slot that was open when making the appointment but naomi is doing other people hair while im just sitting in the sink waiting for her to wash out the shampoo sat in the sink for 30 minutes .Got a retwist from her & she didnt twist it from the root hair coming undone in less than a week.

Usually I come here with no problems. Today will most likely be my last time being a patron here. I called ahead of time to ask how much ONLY roller setting my locs would be, no wash just setting lotion and rollers. They told me $35 over the phone. Got here the woman splashed water on my head and set it in flexi rods, after i came in an said EXACTLY what i was told via telephone. For that they charged me $50, and initially tried to charge me $55, claiming flexirods aren't rollers. PLEASE. Now usually you can get a wash, oil, retwist, and roller set for $50, so why on earth would you charge the same for doing half the work. She didn't even do the retwist as the receipt claims. I have no problem paying for a service, but I do not like poor information or customer service by an establishment.

Friendly staff, clean & spacey atmosphere. Noami was my esthetician. This was my 1st time tinting my brows & she did a great job. Suzette was my stylist. She was very gentle & efficient. This is the 1st ever I've had locs done & my head doesn't hurt. I will be coming back. Overall I had a pleasant visit
